Shelton House is a large traditional house set on top of a hill in the Weald countryside of Sussex. It is set in 10 acres of its own land, with a large garden with swimming pool, 3 fields and a bluebell wood. Immediately opposite are large woodlands for walking, with rivers.

Area Description

Very rural, very quiet. While it is easy to get to London by train and Brighton by car, there is very little local nightlife other than pubs. This is more for your family holiday or people wishing to discover English countryside and heritage. Lots of castles, formal gardens, country pubs, seaside beaches, English villages, golf courses, etc within easy reach.

A car would be useful
Etchingham mainline station with direct link to London and South Coast is a 10 minute walk. Tunbridge Wells in 20 mins by train. There are local buses in walking distance.
