3 bed family home, sleeps 6/7. All modern appliances. Very light with spacious reception room. I bathroom, small south-facing patio. lots of books and toys. 10 min walk to beach and into city centre.Area Description
A delightful, very friendly and bohemian area of Victorian terrace houses inhabited by young famillies. Regarded as the strongest community in Brighton. Fantastic local pubs, most of them child-friendly. Beautiful landscaped park across the road with a high quality playground and tennis courts. Also public indoor pool across road from house.
Brighton is known as 'London by the sea' . Many Londoners have moved here and it has a superb, ecclectic and extensive selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and clubs. Shopping is very good.
Facilities for children are outsife of London probably the best in the UK.Transport
A car is not necessary
Excellent. Bus stop across the road. Buses in Brighton very cheap with passes available. Trains every 15 mins to Gatwick airport and London Victoria. 50 mins to London by rail. Coaches every 30 mins.| Property Features and Restrictions |
